Merry Oaks HOA Member: FREE. Proof of membership required at check-in. 1 ticket per individual membership. 2 tickets per household membership

When is the tour?
The tour will take place on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
How do I purchase a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased online for $35, and on the day of the event for $35 (cash only).
How do I get my ticket?
You will not receive a physical ticket via email. On the day of the tour, simply check in at the ticket booth (the Merry Oaks Community Garden) to receive your tour map. Your map serves as your ticket and is required for entry into each home and garden.
When can I start the tour?
Guests may begin the tour at any time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The tour is self-guided, and you may visit the homes and gardens in any order you choose.
Are children allowed on the tour?
Children are welcome! Out of respect for the homeowners, we ask that children be supervised at all times. Children who are not being carried require a ticket. Please, no strollers inside home interiors.
Are pets allowed on the tour?
As much as we love our furry friends, pets must remain at home for this event.
What if it rains?
The tour will take place rain or shine. Please plan accordingly, as tickets are non-refundable due to weather.
Do I have to remove my shoes to enter the homes?
Protective booties will be available at each home. If you prefer not to wear booties, you may be asked to remove your shoes before entering.
Are restrooms available during the tour?
Yes. Restroom locations will be clearly marked on the tour map and available for guests throughout the event.
Is the tour walkable?
Yes! The tour is walkable and self-guided. The homes and gardens are located within the Merry Oaks neighborhood and can be comfortably toured on foot. If you prefer to drive, street parking will be available throughout the neighborhood.
Are the homes different each year?
Yes! Each year features a new selection of homes and gardens, showcasing a thoughtful blend of original charm, renovated spaces, and new construction.
Will food and drink be available?
Yes. Thanks to our generous sponsors, select tour stops will feature small samples of food and/or beverages included with your ticket. Samples are available while supplies last.
Accessibility?
Most tour stops are accessible. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.
Parking?
Street parking will be available throughout the neighborhood.
Can I volunteer?
Absolutely! Volunteers who commit to a 2-hour shift during the tour will receive a complimentary tour ticket and a commemorative t-shirt. Volunteer sign-up details will be available online.
Where do the proceeds go?
Proceeds from The Merry Oaks House & Garden Tour directly support neighborhood initiatives and community improvements within Merry Oaks. Your participation helps strengthen and enhance the neighborhood for everyone.
