We are hosting a Merry Oaks Neighborhood Yard and Art Sale!

Instead of one big location, you host your own sale in your own yard or driveway. We will market the entire neighborhood as one destination.

Is your guest room starting to look like a storage unit? Are those “I’ll definitely use this someday” items gathering dust? It’s time to clear the clutter and make some cash!

Are you a local Merry Oaks Artist? - Showcase and sell your handcrafted goods!

This is what we will do:

  • Create a digital treasure map of all the participating homes and link it to a QR code.

  • Handle the advertising on Nextdoor and multiple social media sites.

  • Place signs at the main entrances to Merry Oaks.
