Merry Oaks Neighborhood Association
The Merry Oaks Neighborhood Association is a not-for-profit organization that supports the neighborhood and its residents through beautification, security, education, and outreach efforts.
Attend an event.
From monthly driveway parties to festive seasonal gatherings, Merry Oaks events are fun and inviting for the entire family.
Whether you are a new neighbor or have been here for decades, we invite you to join your neighbors to share in celebrating the Merry Oaks community.
Learn about Merry Oaks.
The Merry Oaks neighborhood was mostly developed in the late 1940s and 1950s. When the founding board members first proposed naming it “Merry Oaks”, some neighbors said the real estate agents call it Country Club Hills, so why should we name it after a school? The board members thought Merry Oaks had more flavor.
Support your neighborhood.
After 10-years of dormancy, the Neighborhood Association was reignited in 2018 by neighbors who are passionate about their community.
Donate, sponsor, or get involved in one of the many focus areas - crime & safety, neighborhood beautification, community garden, school & youth engagement.
