Sponsorship Tiers

The Merry Oaks Neighborhood Association (MONA) represents a vibrant community of 365 households, two apartment complexes, and a condominium complex. Nestled adjacent to Plaza Midwood and Country Club Heights, Merry Oaks is known for its diverse population and strong sense of community.

MONA organizes 12-15 events annually, striving to engage as many neighbors as possible. Planned events for 2025 include neighborhood driveway and backyard parties, a major annual festival in September, a fun run, a CLT Marathon cheer station, an Easter egg hunt, a Neighborhood Fun Run, two Neighborhood Litter and Creek Cleanups, a dog portrait event, and various pop-up activities throughout the year. Event participation typically ranges from 20 to 100 individuals.

To stay connected, we share updates through an electronic newsletter every other month and a full-color, printed newsletter twice a year.

* Unless otherwise specified, sponsorships are effective from January 1 – December 31 of the calendar year. Payment terms can be customized in agreement. Payments can be made on the Merry Oaks Neighborhood website.
